Foreword

Who in Pakistan has not heard of the famous fable of King Solomon the wise. When presented with two women feuding over a baby, each claiming to be the real mother, the king drew his mighty sword to cut the baby in half to give to each quarrelsome woman. One of them, the real mother, cried out: “It's hers, it's hers, please give the entire beautiful baby to her, she is the real mother; I don't want half of the dead!”

Alas, on the face of it, not one among the rulers of Pakistan is the real mother of the Pakistani peoples.

Pakistan has been under the hectoring hegemons' sword the moment the Berlin Wall came down. Almost overnight, with the calculated destruction of the Soviet Union, a new perpetual enemy of mankind was brought to the fore in the continuing game of Hegelian Dialectics to raise a new phoenix of world government from the ashes of the old world order. Variously titled as militant Islam, radical Islam, islamofascism, but most often called Islamism to bring it kinship with the earlier enemies of mankind, namely, Fascism, Nazism, and Communism, though not Zionism, Pakistan has been the unrecognized eye of the storm from day one.

The only Muslim country with nuclear weapons, also harboring a ready-made psychological-tribal ethos which makes some of its inhabitants easy recruits for enabling the perpetual World War IV with just the right “tickling”, Pakistan had to be both harvested for fodder, and setup for destabilization and balkanization. The latter not primarily for the purpose which is most apparent, the riches under its soil, but to continue the path of creating World Order.

Was Pakistan's fate entirely predictable? Could it have been avoided? How? Can it still be avoided? Is this such a big mystery that it would only occur to a plebeian? The Pakistan Decapitation Papers examines those questions.

The merit of the CASE IS IRRELEVANT because the mercenaries and vulgar propagandists' half truths always triumph over full lies!

The 'empire' plays to win strategically and can't be derailed by a handful of reactionary truth tellers after the manufactured crises have been affected – for had truth-telling any efficacy, Socrates might have been handed a trophy instead of the Hemlock, and Jesus the kingdom instead of the cross. The key to the success of Hegelian Dialectics over time, is the diabolical Fait Accompli sewn in baby-steps. The impact of the invasion of Iraq upon its peoples cannot be reversed by withdrawing the American troops anymore than the impact of the Pandemic can be reversed by arguing whether the vaccine is good or bad. The Pandemic has already created its intended fait accompli – for, 90% of the masses are not only ready today to take the vaccine but also demanding it. The secretive agenda probably is to inoculate at least 50% of the targeted populations in this generation, priming them for at least two things: microchipping, and staging for long term population reduction/culling through some complex biowarfare protocol. They will surely achieve 70 to 80 percent success towards that goal in this round of the pandemic pandemonium. And this is a conservative estimate. That's pretty damn remarkable social engineering for one baby-step fait accompli. More baby-steps to come. The overarching agenda for world-government and its multi-dimensional goals is long-term, across multiple generations, and hinges on irreversibility of small baby-steps to eventually raise the complete Phoenix of the New Atlantis from the systematically burnt ashes in stages of the old order. Under the guise of this Pandemic look how much has already been achieved: the immense loss of national sovereignty to WHO. Under its level-6 Pandemic alert, WHO now controls the emergency response stratagems in all nations that are signatory to its convention. That's most of the world!

As validation of what is stated above, just look at the long lines demanding the vaccine after the declaration of emergency by the President of United States

And the mass psychology driving the long lines is an Edward Bernays special. In CFR shill's own very perceptive words of October 16, 2009:

“... Having said that, does it work to mandate [vaccination]? I think what would work better would be to say that there was a shortage and people tend to buy more of something that's in demand. (Laughter.) We saw that -- there was one season where, really, people lined up all night to get a flu shot.

... we thought we were going to need two doses for every adult and since we are – only one dose, so, actually, we have twice as many doses and enough for the whole population at this point, I understand.”

No one from the learned audience in the above video asked the distinguished panel of experts carefully assembled by the CFR (whose bios, it was explicitly stated, is on the web and “in your packets if you are here”), that how did they suddenly learn that now the public needed only a single doze of inoculation, when just a few months ago it was being heavily promoted as requiring multiple dozes?

No one asked them that where did they get the new scientifically valid data (as opposed to anecdotal one) to change their expert recommendations so rapidly within the span of just a couple of months, when the vaccines for this new pathogen are themselves very new and haven't been around long enough to carry out controlled double-blind studies of their efficacy over the long term to know how many dozes are needed – since the damn virus itself is new and never seen before on planet earth?

And if the older vaccines are imagined by their manufacturers to be very broad-spectrum, as the President of the United States presumed when he ordered several billion dollars worth without testing on the actual new virus, then why did the officials not know how many dozes will be needed just a few months ago? What new data was received in the span of just a few short months between the summer and fall?

And the most crucial aspect to this question, no one asked the distinguished panelists who spoke in all sorts of foreign accents, that if, by their own admission, this 2009 virus is “novel” and “lacks certain signatures which other pandemic influenza viruses have ... which suggest that this virus is not a 1918 like virus ... or 1957 or 1968 virus”, then they could not have possibly known of the older vaccines' efficacy on this new virus a priori any more than the newly patented vaccines, and therefore, when did they actually test the vaccines on the new virus and upon whom?

Because, practically speaking, how could they have tested the vaccines on the new virus (for any length of time) when they didn't even know, and surely now don't know, who actually has the virus and who doesn't since “the CDC abruptly advised states to stop testing for H1N1 flu, and stopped counting individual cases” way back in late July 2009?

So, where did the clinical testing data magically come from between the summer and fall, for the expert's statement: “we thought we were going to need two doses for every adult and since we are – only one dose,” – except out of thin air no differently than the missing WMDs in Iraq after the domain experts from that officialdom had similarly asserted that their “data” incontrovertibly indicated that these were there and about to be launched upon the United States unless the superpower invaded Iraq with the most absolute “shock and awe” immediately?

But the ubiquitous Dr. Nancy Snyderman of NBC says that “this is one time there is no conspiracy, listen to our government agencies, these guys are telling the truth. You know there is no conspiracy here folks. Get your damn vaccine.” Should we believe her and dreadingly also await the inevitable ex post facto “oops!” for this new nemesis of mankind?

Obviously not one science person in the audience, and those supposedly calling in their questions on Twitter, knew how to add 2 + 2 to become skeptical of the panelists' techno-babble gibberish anymore than any mainstream scientists have been of the official NIST report on the how the WTC towers catastrophically collapsed into their own footprints due to a short fire. No one among the questioners straightforwardly suggested to the expert CFR panelists that as per their own admission (quoted above), the simplest convincing explanation appeared to be their own one made in jest, that they were indeed artificially manufacturing demand for the swine flu vaccines for their own agendas!

But that's not the end of straightforwardness if one was actually permitted and inclined to ask questions freely as a science person is imagined to be wont. It could have gone straight down hill from there if even one person present had any courage to boldly ask the obvious followup questions and pushed the envelope of the CFR assembled experts' credibility right to the edge. One could, for instance, have put the following biowarfare related burning questions residing on many a skeptic's mind to the CFR panelists and given them an opportunity to counter all the nay-sayers rationally with reproducible scientific evidence rather than disparagingly as was actually done (see below):

a) what role did the secret bioweapons laboratories and their mad scientists play in fabricating this never before seen in nature hybrid virus, as by their own admission its signature is different from all other past pandemic viruses;

b) could they prove that the new virus occurred entirely naturally and that bioweapons labs played no black-ops role in its synthesis and dissemination when it is only they who possessed all the samples from the previous pandemic viruses and could indeed have more easily fabricated the new pathogen to their desired level of deadly pathogenicity than the poor pigs relying only on their natural pig-pens – just like 911 is more straightforwardly explained as an inside job, a coup d'etat, than as the surprise attack of a disgruntled Ali Baba upon the most armed to the teeth superpower from his underground caves in the Hindu Kush;

c) that, there definitely appeared to be so much incredulity in common in the officially designated nemesis in both cases, Osama Bin Laden and the pigs, that the public insists on seeing some verifiable proof this time around before submitting to the officialdom's remedies and could they kindly provide that proof since their own glowing bios, though undoubtedly stellar, were not sufficient evidence;

d) how could the big-Pharma have filed so many patents for the vaccines before the existence of the new virus itself was known, and remarkably, also just in time to profit from the sudden appearance of the virus as a pandemic, with WHO, CDC, and all governmental agencies coercively pushing these vaccines as the only solution upon the global public while giving blanket immunity from liability to the big-Pharma whose stock has gone soaring, and that why might not one conclude from all this that the pharmaceutical companies knew about the virus and its pandemic breakout schedule ahead of time and they are being given immunity from lawsuit because the vaccines are indeed dangerous and untested;

e) how could they make such accurate predictions of when the viral pandemic would burst on the world scene, even as a hypothetical case study, as for instance in the Air Force's April 1996 planning document “Alternate Futures for 2025” pg. 54 which stated: “in 2009, when an influenza pandemic struck”, and in IBM's 2006 interdepartmental memo whose very first bullet item stated: “There is a 100% chance that a Pandemic will occur within the next 5 years”;

f) that could they explain scientifically, how such predictions could be accurately made to come to pass by just the laws of chance on something as unpredictable as a mutating virus, without someone deliberately bringing it to fruition?

One could have further challenged the distinguished CFR panelists at this point by asking whether they were aware that the pandemic served CFR's own diabolical agenda of creating “an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece [to] accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault” as was blatantly stated by CFR's Richard Gardner in the April 1974 Foreign Affairs article Hard Road to World Order, and that they, as stellar scientists, but perhaps un-learned in the ways of Machiavellian social engineering, were being played as mere pawns for creating justifications towards that globalists' agenda?

Obviously, not one person in that carefully screened audience had ever read anything other their own science and medical text books. But strangely, no one from the internet Tweeted in those kinds of questions either (sic!). Indeed, one erudite questioner in physical attendance, someone who identified himself as being affiliated with Cornell Medical School (the man pictured in the CFR video image above), even preemptively described any skeptical questioning by the ever growing coalition of bipartisan nay-sayers in the world, as a sort of “Hitler-Stalin Pact” in this disparaging way:

“I think we are all aware that the anti-vaccine movement is having a field day on the internet and on media outlets like Fox News and so on, and causing reductions in vaccine uptake. And it appears a pretty unholy alliance of the ultra-right and the ultra-left working together as the sort of Hitler-Stalin pact (laughter), and I am not sure that we are countering these people very well ... and you have to take these people on in a different style than the scientists are used to. ... Crazy people who think the vaccine will kill you! ... How best we can to stop the anti-vaccine movement?”

It is surely not beyond the wit of those “crazy people” left standing after all that propaganda and giving the CFR's dog and pony show only some minor indigestion from their over-exuded hubris, to imagine that the following riot preparations, ostensibly for the masses demanding vaccine and not getting it – again an Edward Bernays Special Edition – is in reality for the “Hitler-Stalin pact” malcontents unwilling to play ball and actually refusing it:

H1N1 Conclusion: Whether or not there is a real Swine Flu pandemic raging, whether or not it may be real biowarfare, or mainly psyops being waged upon the unsuspecting world's public in combination with other fabricated global threats, I am saying 'NO' to Swine Flu Vaccination. All this heavy-handed hullaballoo appears to me to be yet another “war on terrorism” to fabricate a global pretext for quite a different agenda from the publicized one. The real agenda this time around being to inoculate the world public with something inimical in the guise of fighting the pandemic. This is more than simply an attempt to sell vaccines of dubious efficacy for hefty corporate profiteering. It suspiciously appears to be the new “imperial mobilization” of the long wished for population reduction agenda, 'to “prime” populations worldwide'. The threat of the A/H1N1 virus killing some (or many) people may well be real even if manufactured, just like 911 – the “new pearl harbor” – was a real demonstration of fabricated threat by controlled demolition which killed many thousand people. But under these dubious 'sky is falling' conditions made to “look like a great ‘booming, buzzing confusion’ to use William James’ famous description of reality,” the most rational and commonsensical course of action under conflicting claims of vaccine safety and efficacy backed by draconian 'police-state' policies to forcibly administer it: 1) take one's statistical chances with the “pandemic” rather than with its forced “cure”; 2) permit the human body's own natural defenses to fight the disease if infected, rather than be aided into oblivion by its purported helper, the vaccine! The Decapitation of Pakistan by its own Military!

[PHBF Report] Dateline Sept. 28 to Nov. 02, 2009, California, United States

Let me begin this very difficult exposition as a Pakistani citizen (my only citizenship, by choice, despite being a legal permanent resident in the United States for almost three decades) with the question Who really killed Benazir Bhutto? [1] I mean who are the prime-movers?

The trigger-pullers are obviously irrelevant and remain faceless. They will surely never be known.

Well, let's read it in Benazir Bhutto's own lucid words which have now been augmented, almost two years later, with the Pakistan's Army Chief of Staff's belated disclosures of September 21, 2009. [2] Why belated? Well, please see these unpublished letters to many Pakistani newspaper editors on their repeatedly perpetuating the fiction of Who Killed Benazir Bhutto in cahoots with the 'hectoring hegemons' and their agents! All traitors and co-opted errand boys. [3]

The American agenda for Pakistan is not a state-secret. Rather, it is only thinly disguised as perpetually fighting the “insurgents” in a lifetime of war, the World War IV. [4] Whereas, in reality, both the “insurgency”, and the “counter-insurgency”, are entirely designed and fabricated in the USA as part of the evolving tactics of Hegelian Dialectics. They are enacted on the ground by various two-bit errand boys and expert trigger pullers. The already well-known existence of black-ops assassination squads in Pakistan/Afghanistan, known to the local peoples for years as the real prime-movers behind the heinous local terrorist acts, belatedly confirmed by NYT, WP, and NYT, in August 2009. [5] See these two December 2008 reports on the Mumbai terrorist Act as reportedly orchestrated by ALI BABA from his perch in the Hindu Kush. [6] The arrival of the black-ops in the region is not recent, albeit the public disclosures might be.

Starting in the immediate aftermath of 911, and perhaps even earlier, Pakistan may well have become the largest deployment region for the CIA in modern times, both covert (unknown to Pakistani government and secretly working to destabilize Pakistan with false-flag operations), and overt (with Pakistani military's aiding and abetting, in full view of the world, ostensibly fighting the “insurgents”, “Bin Laden”, “Al-Qaaeda”, but in the process mainly “tickling” its own innocent civilians in many a barbaric way). [7]

And since Jundallah got launched to destabilize Iran from Pakistani soil (their “insurgencies”), Baluchistan along with the Pak-Afghan regions have been awash with black-ops, and obviously of course, also with officially recognized US soldiers manning American military bases on Pakistani soil. [8] But these soldiers of freedom were rarely spotted in the streets of major cities before. The following video report of September 08, 2009, therefore portends of ominous whirlwinds imminently engulfing Pakistan: [9]

To put this ominous presence of soldiers of freedom and fortune on Pakistani soil in full black-ops context of NATO and the Western Alliance, of diabolically manufacturing and sustaining the very pretexts out of uniform to enable the in-uniform forces to continue on with their perpetual mission of fighting World War IV, it is sufficient to look at what is transpiring in IRAQ for lessons to wisely apply to one's own predicament in order to avoid a far worse one.

Fast forwarding past all the initial pretenses of Sadaam Husain being responsible for 911, his WMDs about to destroy America, the Mission Accomplished statement of President Bush, and the “oops! intelligence failure” statements by the neo-con's own Iraq Study Group after the raping of Mesopotamia and the DNA of its ancient and proud peoples were fait accompli, etceteras, the biggest reason for not withdrawing the US troops from Iraq is continually stated to be the infernal ongoing INSURGENCY. Iran, Shias, Sunnis, and Al-Qaeeda are variously blamed for the main cause of America's continued military occupation of Iraq; new “troop-surges” are periodically announced amidst some dissenting consternation willy-nilly expressed in its news media and by its politicians to let the American public know that it is not an easy choice to be making. The Iranian strawman has already been amply unraveled elsewhere. [10] However, witness the following familiar statement of former President George W. Bush on the legend of the new Ali Baba [11] of Mesopotamia, Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi: [12]

“You know, I hate to predict violence, but I just understand the nature of the killers. This guy, Zarqawi, an al Qaeda associate -- who was in Baghdad, by the way, prior to the removal of Saddam Hussein -- is still at large in Iraq. And as you might remember, part of his operational plan was to sow violence and discord amongst the various groups in Iraq by cold- blooded killing. And we need to help find Zarqawi so that the people of Iraq can have a more bright -- bright future.” -- George W. Bush, Press Conference, 1 June 2004

The indefatigable Michel Chossudovsky, citing Bush's afore-quoted statements wrote: “Zarqawi constitutes Washington's justification for the continued military occupation of Iraq, not to mention the brutal siege of densely populated urban areas directed against 'Al Qaeda in Iraq' which is said to be led by Zarqawi.” [13]

It is now November 02, 2009 – and the United States is still very much in Iraq. Its own economy is in deep recession, and the free-money printing by the Feds is taking it towards hyperinflation. The world is not only mired in its worst global financial crisis that is seeing the end of Western hegemony in its industrial production capabilities, but is also plagued by a global pandemic, global warming, and an un-ending global war on terror, sinking valuable trillions of dollars which could otherwise have been spent on converting overnight the entire world's six billion population into America's middle class status of the 1960s, while also wiping out much of the developing nations' unbearable debt. That alone would most assuredly have earned the United States the genuine love of the entire world instead of the present shoes thrown at its all powerful president. How remarkably has the world's sole superpower been brought down so pathetically to its knees by the Ali Baba of Iraq that today it cannot even extricate itself from giving a diabolical police-state to its own peoples in the pretext of saving them from the global terrorist! What sort of idiotic “American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives” agenda, and what kind of asinine quest for “Full Spectrum Dominance” is this? [14] Wow Ali Baba, what magical powers you have of not only so successfully entangling the United States in the Iraqi “quagmire” indefinitely, but of being the prime-mover behind the demise of nation-states to usher in the only permissible solution out of these multifaceted global threats – world government! [15]

Focussing on the pertinence at hand however, what does the Ali Baba of Iraq have to do with the following shocking news reports purveyed in titles which are illustrative enough of the key point: “Were British Special Forces Soldiers Planting Bombs in Basra?” September 25, 2005 ; British “Undercover Soldiers” Caught driving Booby Trapped Car “They refused to say what their mission was.” September 20, 2005. [16]

Michel Chossudovsky, writing the latter article and displaying his un co-opted integrity, asked the 64-million dollar obvious questions – the same modus operandi being replayed in Pakistan with even more drastic effect, as now the black-ops have been hardened in Iraq on how not to get caught when plenty of patsies can be trivially harvested for the job of “legitimizing Insurgency” [17] – which none appear to be publicly asking in Pakistan:

'The following Reuters report raises some disturbing questions.

Why were undercover British “soldiers” wearing traditional Arab headscarves firing at Iraqi police?

The incident took place just prior to a major religious event in Basra.

The report suggests that the police thought the British soldiers looked “suspicious”. What was the nature of their mission?

Occupation forces are supposed to be collaborating with Iraqi authorities. Why did British Forces have to storm the prison using tanks and armoured vehicles to liberate the British undercover agents?

“British forces used up to 10 tanks” supported by helicopters “to smash through the walls of the jail and free the two British servicemen.”

Was there concern that the British “soldiers” who were being held by the Iraqi National Guard would be obliged to reveal the nature and objective of their undercover mission?

A report of Al Jazeera TV, which preceded the raid on the prison, suggests that the British undercover soldiers were driving a booby trapped car loaded with ammunition. The Al Jazeera report (see below) also suggests that the riots directed against British military presence were motivated because the British undercover soldiers were planning to explode the booby trapped car in the centre of Basra: ...'

Pentagon acknowledges fabricating a “Zarqawi Legend”, in which the Washington Post of April 10, 2006, in its rare moment of candor – just like the New York Times' ex post facto exposé of April 20, 2008 on the Pentagon using retired Generals as mercenaries for hire to blatantly lie on American television in order to drum public support for the Iraq war [18] – is quoted in full context as follows: [19]

' "The Zarqawi campaign is discussed in several of the internal military documents. "Villainize Zarqawi/leverage xenophobia response," one U.S. military briefing from 2004 stated. It listed three methods: "Media operations," "Special Ops (626)" (a reference to Task Force 626, an elite U.S. military unit assigned primarily to hunt in Iraq for senior officials in Hussein's government) and "PSYOP," the U.S. military term for propaganda work..." (WP. 10 April 2006)

The military's propaganda program, according to the Washington Post, has "largely been aimed at Iraqis, but seems to have spilled over into the U.S. media. One briefing slide about U.S. "strategic communications" in Iraq, prepared for Army Gen. George W. Casey Jr., the top U.S. commander in Iraq, describes the "home audience" as one of six major targets of the American side of the war." (WP, op cit.)

An internal document produced by U.S. military headquarters in Iraq, states that "the Zarqawi PSYOP program is the most successful information campaign to date." '

With that precious lesson in “imperial mobilization” through sustained PSYOP and manufactured “insurgency” learnt from our brethren Muslim nation of Iraq – where, in retrospect, and in moments of reflection through their daily strife and humiliation, its beleaguered people must surely ponder upon what could they have possibly done earlier, before 1990, during the iron-reign of Sadaam Hussein, and throughout those horrible intervening 13 years of Western hegemonic sanctions, to have avoided this new dismal fate altogether – let's return to Pakistan.

The multimodal approaches to destabilizing, and consequently balkanizing Pakistan under the fabled pretext of its own illusive Ali Baba, “Osama Bin Laden”, have been so transparent, that today, finally, many a retired con-fession artist are getting in on the act to claim the flag of patriotism. [20] Going for hajj after having eaten 900 mice is the favorite pastime of Pakistani praetorian guards. I am only waiting for any sitting Pakistani General to rise to that occasion, if it's not already too late! [21] But I am afraid it probably is – see here, here, here, here, and here. [22]

The decapitation of Pakistan by Pakistan's finest, wantonly justifying the inglorious 'white man's burden' – the same old 'la mission civilisatrice' under a new name – upon impoverished indigenous shoulders! [23] Even Martin Luther Kings' penetrating description fails to do justice to the scale of calamity in Pakistan: [24]

“The white establishment is skilled in flattering and cultivating emerging leaders. It presses its own image on them and finally, from imitation of manners, dress, and style of living, a deeper strain of corruption develops. This kind of Negro leader acquires the white man's contempt for the ordinary Negro. He is often more at home with the middle-class white than he is among his own people. His language changes, his location changes, his income changes, and ultimately he changes from the representative of the Negro to the white man into the white man's representative to the Negro.”

The shameful and criminal dislocation of up to 2.4 million civilians in May of this year was rightly described as “an exodus that is beyond biblical”. [25]

Just as from the USSR's point of view in yesteryear, the “insurgency” against them in Afghanistan was foreign inculcated, entirely fabricated in the USA (as we know today but held as a closely guarded secret then), which thus forced the Soviets to apply counter-insurgency measures, and subsequently, an outright invasion of Afghanistan (read Brzezinski's own statements in Saving Pakistan, and watch Brzezinski speak in this video clip devilishly crafting the “insurgency” for the Russians on the Pak-Afghan border); the so called “insurgency” in Pakistan is also calculatingly fabricated, ab initio, in the USA through covert intervention and black-ops. [26] Subsequently, with sufficient “tickling” during the overt counter-insurgency operations, and by astutely harvesting all the cultural cracks and lacunae of the people, the “insurgency” acquires a reactionary life of its own. [27]

That latter stage, as well as on-going black-ops induced wanton acts of terrorism using the pre-“tickled” dupes and patsies as now rapidly transpiring, October 9-12, 2009, NYT, NYT – like the secret and 'officially denied' component of NATO's Operation Gladio in Western Europe of yesteryear which blamed it on the communists to keep an increasingly skeptical public's fear of the then boogieman du jour continually alive – are Machiavellianly projected in the news media, by the native informants, by the fabricated dissent-chiefs, and the Mighty Wurlitzer, as INSURGENCY. [28] And therefore, it is officially argued, an unarguable raison d'être for continuing the barbaric counter-insurgency to implement the writ of the state. This predictably creates a self-sustaining destabilization as both commonsense and political science 101 would inform even an imbecile. The blood-drenched puppetshow so enacted, inevitably affords a compelling pretext to the puppetmasters to justify their own military intervention to “save” the people who are incapable of doing it themselves.

The innocent Pakistan military, not too well-versed in political science or Hegelian Dialectics based Machiavellian state-craft (I presume), in this prelude to NATO forces marching in, is similarly being compelled to take real counter-insurgency measures like the Soviets. Aided and abetted of course by high ranking traitors from within their own ranks, and by their foreign paymasters' militaries (NATO, Blackwater now renamed Xe, and other un-named foreign divisions operating within Pakistan which I call “Jundallah-plusplus” to distinguish them from “Jundallah” which is apparently targeting Iran from Pakistani soil). The simple fact that Pakistan is supplying all the drinking water (bottled by Nestle), and full logistics channel for war-making supplies to NATO in Afghanistan is telling in and of itself. Pakistan is equally responsible for destroying the Afghan society, the Afghan people, and there is no less spilled-blood of innocent Afghani Muslims upon Pakistan's hands over the past 30 years, than upon the United States'.

Pakistani military helped destroy Afghanistan, and they are now helping to destroy Pakistan. No Pakistani civilian I know, including myself, ever authorized the Pakistani military to destroy Afghanistan, or aid the United States in its own hegemonic plans on the Grand Chessboard. Do you know anyone? So from where did they get their mandate? I would rather have clean drinking water in my tap, damn it! What good are the bloody nukes when they become the raison d'être for our very destruction in this manner without ever firing a single missile at the drones that are killing our own peoples?

It gives me no pleasure to repeatedly rehearse this footnote to history. What is not already obvious to the Pakistanis? It must surely still occur to many a reasonable military man serving with genuine zeal and honor in the real pivot of power in Pakistan that the end is drawing near. What are they doing idly watching the battle of their lives from the sidelines – when they are not shooting or displacing their own peoples that is? As quoted from a Dawn newspaper column:

“THIS article poses two questions: on the day after US/Nato forces invade and occupy some of Balochistan and Waziristan, what will we say we should have done, and why aren’t we doing it now? Is this far-fetched? ... One hopes that a small group of patriotic officers in Pakistan are also asking themselves what can be done, and why aren’t we doing it now.” [29]

Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace--but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! And that's the tortuous déjà vu reality today. [30]

Ben Bernanke: “It's not tax money. The banks have accounts with the Fed much the same way that you have an account in a commercial bank. So to lend to a bank, we simply use the computer to mark up the size of the account they have with the Fed. So it's much more akin, although not exactly the same, but it's much more akin to printing money then it is to borrowing.”

CBS 60 Minutes: “You've been printing money?”

Ben Bernanke: “Well effectively, and we need to do that because our economy is very weak, and inflation is very low. When the economy begins to recover, that'll be the time we need to unwind those programs, raise interest rates, reduce the money supply, and make sure that we have a recovery that does not involve inflation.”

--- Question to the public: wouldn't it be great if the public too can get to have monopoly money magically appear in our bank accounts every once in a while, like the banks do? What powers of persuasion do you think the Fed wield upon the government that they can make counterfeit money – just printing it whenever they want – and it magically becomes legal tender? But you and I can't print our own money whenever we want without going to jail for 100 years? How did that happen? How are such skilled powers of persuasion of the banksters to be effectively countered?

--- Reality check: Is there even any point to all this talk of monetary reform when absolutely no one among the who's who of reform will speak to the real issues of power that actually prevents all reform? The monetary reform agenda today is largely an academic conversation piece, to be debated in conferences, on websites, and a source of livelihood for the often indigent authors peddling their favorite solution on paper. Instead of all coming together on one singular platform, of taking the power of coining money away from private banksters gratuitously getting fat on usury, they energetically bicker among themselves on what solution to replace it with!

--- Challenge: Why not come together on what's common ground? And instead of pitching one's own new-and-better “mouse-trap”, create an unbiased monetary commission of monetary reformers and rebellious economists to look into all the proposals on the table, chartering them to come up with a recommendation, or series of recommendations or advocacies if you will, which in turn can be put on the ballot in each state for public adjudication? This is where perhaps all the conferencing, books, websites, speeches, television talk-shows, grass-roots activism to educate the public on the monetary commission's recommendations, can be made fertile pursuits rather than the present infertile conversations in conferences. That's how one builds up counter-power in a system where, as Hitler had aptly put it, “when the voting papers of the masses are the deciding factor; the decision lies in the hands of the numerically strongest group”. One has to work the system – unless one is working on overthrowing it! The former sometimes entails withholding the votes entirely to show the system's illegitimacy when both political parties and its electees represent the same corrupt oligarchic ruling interests, and other times it entails gathering the votes to show the same. That requires uniting on a common platform in order to gather enough votes!

My principal problem with modern monetary reformers is that they typically act like prima-donnas telling the ignorant public what is the best solution for them. Each one thinks they have just descended from the mountain with the tablet. Unless the implementation issues wrestled with in “Monetary Reform: Who will bell the cat?” and “The entrenched notion of Public Debt in America – will take a gestalt shift to overcome!” are addressed head-on, just more pipe-dreaming words from the mighty reformers applying the think-system invented by the “Music Man”. The following Huxley statement sums up my consternation with the present crop of monetary reformers completely:

“Well this is the real problem. Nothing is easier than to formulate high ideals, but few things are more difficult than to discover the means for by those ideals might be implemented, and the categorical imperatives which spring from them can be a pain. This is the real problem. I mean one has to dream, but one has to dream in a pragmatic way to consider how... Merely preaching to people doesn't have much effect, people have been preaching for an awefully long time and we are still pretty much where we were.”

The respected Prophet-Reformer of mankind, Moses, too had a great plan for his flock three millennium ago – “thou shall not kill” – but few have found the means to implement the glorious Ten Commandments even millennia later.

Watch below Ron Paul* candidly describe the unmatched legal power of the Federal Reserve and the American Elite way back in 1988 which makes even the mighty United States Congress powerless before them. This was reaffirmed 20 years later in the 2008 Bailout Bill!

Given the tortuous reality of the “Monetary Conspiracy for world Government” rapidly progressing towards fruition, how do the monetary reformers plan to counter it?

Do they think that the banksters and the elite will simply roll over and play dead so that a bunch of conscionable rebels can get their reforms passed in a Legislature and Executive which is entirely controlled by the oligarchs?

As was truthfully observed once before: 'Ah – but what if the “criminals” were to write the laws and the statutes themselves? Then, the conniving and conspiring isn't legally defined as a crime, nor the “criminals” called criminals. In fact, most are called bankers (emperors previously), and their instruments today, foundations (fleets previously)! Isn't that just peachy?'

What is the implementation plan, the How, to counter this entrenched legal power that gives the present monetary system its raison d'être – apart from “faith” and “hope” that is, that a “Jesus” will magically be found to throw the moneychangers out of the temple?

A rather straightforward challenge to the monetary reform conference attendees.

Despite the familiar face being indelibly etched on America's imagination as the mastermind of 911, seven years into the world transforming event, FBI still did not seem to think that the man on the dialysis machine hiding in a cave in the Hindu Kush perpetrated the “new Pearl Harbor”.

Indeed Mr. President of the United States of America, had these facts not already irreversibly seeded the pre-planned, premeditated fait accompli for “Our Global Neighborhood” (online) (cached pdf) in one-world government in the perfect mold of Hegelian Dialectics! The globalists' phoenix of the un-publicly sanctioned World Order to be raised from the ashes of the criminally decimated old world order of sovereign nation-states, is the real fact to be dealt with. So debates on 911 make great red herrings – I would quite agree with you there Mr. President.

This preliminary status report and the Council on Foreign Relations' Global Governance Monitor make that irrefutably clear, as does the United States Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, while speaking at the CFR in July 2009, and so does the Council's current President Richard N. Haas. And these are merely the echoes of implementation reverberations in a successor generation, of the CFR's Richard N. Gardner's April 1974 words in Foreign Affairs which blatantly stated: “house of world order' [is to] be built from the bottom up, rather than from the top down, [to make it] look like a great ‘booming, buzzing confusion’, [in order to force] an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece [to] accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.” The latter was itself merely a re-echo of the bankster-founder of CFR and principal architect of the Federal Reserve System, Paul Warburg's aspirations as menacingly echoed by his son, James Warburg, in 1950 to the US Senate: “We shall have World Government, whether or not we like it. The only question is whether World Government will be achieved by conquest or consent.” And were those elitist words, perceptively uttered more than half-century ago in the hallowed halls of governance of a majestic superpower to its elected officials presumably representing the WILL of its peoples, themselves very original? How far back does it go? And here is a who's who of CFR (dated, circa President Clinton era). How many do you think have repeatedly echoed that same agenda without being overly secretive about it? If one believes the banksters' own prolific and legendary historian Professor Carroll Quigley – who was also President Bill Clinton's mentor at Georgetown University's prestigious School of Foreign Service – it is a long running very-deep open conspiracy. Here is the 'Cliff Notes' version. How many, one surely wonders, among all those elite across multiple generations, sought the mandate from the people, minimally of the United States – the beacon of Democracy – if not the rest of the 'untermenschen' world, for that private global agenda instead of diabolically sowing “an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece” in baby-step faits accomplis?

And that “end run around national sovereignty” agenda, once all the syntactic sugaring is wiped away from fancy words like “Global Governance”, is nothing but a centrally planned, centrally managed, and centrally controlled neo-liberal global earth-super-state. In other words, the dream of Karl Marx: world communism! And the uber capitalists are its key harbingers!

They did it so simply too: Free Trade! Possibly the best Trojan Horse since time immemorial! All empires have been built on the mantra of free trade since antiquity. The only difference from the former USSR in its new dispensation of empire being that the new ruling oligarchy is the fraternity of capitalist International banksters coming together in a new world central bank, instead of in the old fashioned Politburo. In order to maintain facades, and for efficacy of management, each local “state” may continue to fly their own patriotic flag, and continue to administer their people within their own jurisdiction as in the Roman to Ottoman empires, but that's all they will do. See this scribe's Editorial of November 24, 2007 The Re-Gathering Storm. And Richard N. Haas in “Sovereignty and Globalization” effectively said the same thing “The goal should be to redefine sovereignty for the era of globalisation, to find a balance between a world of fully sovereign states and an international system of either world government or anarchy.” That's the balance – separate flags. But one global currency, one global law, one global military force, one global central bank, one global monetary system, one global production planning via the architecture of carbon-credits, etc. There is plenty of evidence all around as documented by Project Humanbeingsfirst in its Monthly Financial and State Terrorism Reports, but only if one wishes to see it. The column in Russia's Pravda “American capitalism gone with a whimper” by Stanislav Mishin is quite revealing too in its mocking of America for its rapid embrace of Marxist socialism and the blatant idiocy of the American goy: “The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is.” And so is this old video interview of KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov by G. Edward Griffin. Listen to Bezmenov's very last sentence in response to the interviewer's question of what can be done: “force United States Government to stop aiding communism.” That is virtually identical disclosure to the statements made by the US Congressional Investigator Norman Dodd to G. Edward Griffin, excerpted below in some detail. As noted in the Editorial of October 19, 2009 by this scribe, the greatest and longest-running enemy of humankind is not in some far away corner of the world, but right here at home.

To realize that long standing global plan, or conspiracy to be more precise, these un-elected private financiers still are, just as they have been all along, setting the tactical and strategic agendas for the 'errand boys' in the White House as even candidly affirmed by the latest generation to do so, Ms. Hillary Clinton, in the video below. Listen carefully to Richard Haas' words as he introduces Hillary Clinton and strip them down to their real essence. The Nobel Peace Prize Committee too has unequivocally acknowledged this masterfully executed fait accompli of World Order by gratuitously granting President Obama the covetous “Peace Maker” moniker. This Public Relations design calculatingly helps reinforce the public myths of a 'savior' in exactly the same way as many a superlative marketing campaign synthesized the 'change' myth in order to rally the masses and their shepherds – with or without illusions – behind the new face.

The unfathomable power of Political Science – which remains un-divorced from the Biblical Cain since time immemorial – the waging of relentless war by way of deception upon the public mind, the Hegelian Dialectics, the technique of infamy, the “end run around”, the “eroding it piece by piece” instead of the “old-fashioned frontal assault”, trumping all others. Watch how it's done:

“... the dream to control the entire world under one ruler by disarming the nations of the world. ... All the Osama's we have seen over the years, may never have existed. Just as a nuclear attack on NATO Headquarters in Brussels has never taken place.” '

Un-surprisingly, Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski, the man behind President Obama, the architect of 'the Grand Chessboard' and the Executive Director of the Trilateral Commission, the one who gave to the “USSR its Vietnam War” by manufacturing Osama Bin Laden, is also the Counselor and Trustee of CSIS ( cached here ).

The real unhidden agenda behind all this perpetual war-mongering is actually rather banal, as outlined in the “Report From Iron Mountain: On the Possibility and Desirability of Peace” published in 1967 (a fictionalized rendering of oligarchic modus operandi, not unlike Philip Dru: Administrator - A Story of Tomorrow, or the amoral political science buried in The Protocols and Machiavelli). Its seedlings were discovered in the 1908-09 minute books of the Carnegie Endowment for Peace in 1953-54 by the indefatigable Congressional Investigator Norman Dodd for the Reece Committee investigating the suspected subversion by tax-exempt foundations. Norman Dodd rehearsed the occurrence of the following question from the minute books:

'We are now at the year 1908, which was the year that the Carnegie Foundation began operations. In that year, the trustees, meeting for the first time, raised a specific question, which they discussed throughout the balance of the year in a very learned fashion.

The question is: “Is there any means known more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people?”

And they conclude that no more effective means than war to that end is known to humanity.

So then, in 1909, they raised the second question and discussed it, namely: “How do we involve the United States in a war?”

Well, I doubt at that time if there was any subject more removed from the thinking of most of the people of this country than its involvement in a war. There were intermittent shows in the Balkans, but I doubt very much if many people even knew where the Balkans were.

Then, finally, they answered that question as follows: “We must control the State Department.” That very naturally raises the question of how do we do that? And they answer it by saying: “We must take over and control the diplomatic machinery of this country.” And, finally, they resolve to aim at that as an objective.

Then time passes, and we are eventually in a war, which would be World War I. At that time they record on their minutes a shocking report in which they dispatched to President Wilson a telegram, cautioning him to see that the war does not end too quickly.'

Mr. Norman Dodd further related of a conversation he had with the President of the tax-exempt Ford Foundation in 1954, as part of his Congressionally mandated investigation of tax-exempt foundations:

NORMON DODD: “Mr. Dodd, we've asked you to come up here today because we thought that possibly, off the record, you would tell us why the Congress is interested in the activities of the foundations such as ourselves.” Before I could think of how I would reply to that statement, Mr. Gaither then went on and said: “Mr. Dodd, all of us who have a hand in the making of policies here have had experience operating under directives, the substance of which is that we shall use our grant-making power so to alter life in the United States that it can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union.”

ED GRIFFIN: Why do the foundations generously support Communist causes in the United States?

NORMAN DODD: Well, because to them, Communism represents a means of developing what we call a monopoly, that is, an organization of, say, a large-scale industry into an administerable unit.

ED GRIFFIN: Do they think that they will be the ones to benefit?

NORMAN DODD: They will be the beneficiaries of it, yes.

The political science behind these apparently phantasmic disclosures is neither fantasy nor fiction. The prime-axiom of the necessity for warfare to keep order in society (as well as to orchestrate change because “what is inconceivable in normal times is possible in revolutionary times”), was even palpably argued by philosopher Bertrand Russell in “Impact of Science on Society”. In fact, Bertrand Russell sarcastically lamented that the desired goal of the elimination of nation-states to create one-world government would also eliminate a primal cause célèbre for jingoistic patriotism, i.e., nationalism, which has hitherto trivially enabled 'United We Stand' and therefore, the prophetic scholar plausibly argued, “World government could only be kept in being by force.”

The same foundational principles of conquest are operational today as further demonstrated by Zbigniew Brzezinski in 'the Grand Chessboard' where he equally amorally argued the rationale for “American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives” with the apparent truism “Hegemony is as old as mankind.” Of which of course, he is also the policy planner. The only difference today is that the ecclesiastical controls by the oligarchy of the yore (who could straightforwardly count on god and the spirit of 'la mission civilisatrice'), have been substituted with far more sophisticated mind control by the oligarchy of modernity, to continue shepherding the masses 'United We Stand'.

All of which leads us to the Anatomy of Modern Lies – the Hegelian Dialectics of Deception – the Technique of Infamy being employed by both the masters and their Negro slaves:

Invent not one, but two (or more) opposing lies, and keep the unsuspecting people busy debating which of them is true. (The 'Technique of Infamy', exposition attributed to Ezra Pound)
From the clash of opposite constructions, a greater whole is germinated towards the desired outcome (The Hegelian Dialectics)
When the opposites don't exist or don't clash naturally, it is fabricated and the clash engineered, entirely stage-managed on both sides to piece-meal synthesize the desired hidden agenda – raising a new phoenix from the ashes left behind by the controlled clash of the opposites (The Hegelian Dialectics of Deception applied to modern statecraft, familiar to most as fake-competition to reel in customers, or fake-managed-fights as in WWF wrestling benefiting its owners regardless of who wins or loses)

The public relations of the stage-management of this manufactured conflict on a global scale to make it appear genuine and inevitable like World War I, World War II, World War III, and now World War IV – all unnatural and synthesized orchestrations leaving behind only wreckages of civilizations, and thus the opportunity of systematically and incrementally upbuilding the desired one – falls to the Mighty Wurlitzer. Its job is to keep people's attention distracted on the deadly puppetshows and dazzling imagery in the left-field while the even more monstrous agendas are accomplished in the right-field. All one has to do to catch sight of the real game, is to slightly turn one's head! A blunder which Benazir Bhutto made of not looking 'tous-azimuth' when she was fully capable of such a modest movement (see The Nation, May 18, 2009).

A gentle turning of the head like this courageous Young Turk is attempting to do – but inevitably also being held back by the same invisible-power to only acutely naming “the shadows of the images”:

The slight turning of the head that is so cleverly straight-jacketed by the psy-ops of the Mighty Wurlitzer as 'conspiracy theories' and 'manufactured dissent'.

“What is not already obvious here” – except of course to the glorified 'goatherders' of modernity repeatedly being made either a fool or co-opted to service the globalists' agenda? Yes with fancy degrees, 'English speaking', high-IQ, and all! So if plebeians can't think – are they any better than goats being herded on a preserve? Except for the handful of vegans among us, does anyone ever feel remorse when slaughtering a sheep or goat as a utility?

Those unable to think are no more than goats before the ruling-elite, to be entirely managed as a utility by their hand-picked goatherders. A trained sheepdog is all it takes to herd millions to their pre-ordained destiny. Today, that sheepdog is merely black in its exterior color – but has the same white teeth.

After years of activism and education since 911, initially having taken up the two-humble feet in protest marches before the invasion of Iraq in 2003, and upon its failure to stop the war, the supposedly mighty pen beginning with 'Prisoners of the Cave' against the amoral butchers of modernity who perceive themselves as being 'beyond good and evil', Project Humanbeingsfirst is ending its silly mission. For, attempting to educate the goats of the butchers' intent was eminently an idiotic idea to begin with. The last straw has been Pakistan. It's own people, its military, its rulers, cheerleading their own destruction against a superbly orchestrated phantom menace which apparently requires extraordinary thinking-skills to comprehend. A talent we the goats of humanity evidently haven't been endowed with in our DNA-makeup to the right measure as compared to the Overlords who rule upon us.

For the 'ubermenschen' of modernity, as of antiquity, might is right is the only sacred reality. The hectoring hegemons respect only power, and are perniciously circumspect only of balance of power which they themselves euphemistically call the 'balance of terror', akin to 'two scorpions in a bottle'. Their sophisticated thinking entails only exigencies of conquest and invoking primacy by any means. End justifies all means for them. They remain imbibed with the existential reality in which they are formed and sip from, of 'hegemony is as old as mankind'. If there is a creator of the Cro-Magnon, that architect is surely a most cruel inventor, that its 'best of creation', the 'inheritors of the earth', amply endowed with pious literature preaching not to sip from the devil's cup, predictably turned out to be mindless goats and mercenary goatherders focused mainly on chewing their processed feeds, and entirely fashioned to serve their 'ubermensch' masters. These inhuman Overlords, blessed both with power and the amoral ambition to wield it, connivingly endeavor to OWN both the goats and the goatherders in every NWO since time immemorial. And indeed, apparently, always succeed. Perhaps the god's favored ones are a different species altogether. Goats are no more a match for them than minnows realistically are for sharks. The much touted dissenting pen of democracy, without concomitant power structures propping it, least of all.

Caveat Emptor:

Unless one has principally come to this tutorial with a keen desire to learn, rather than with an a priori agenda to refute, one has simply wasted one's time. After going through this tutorial, unless one has acquired some appreciation for concepts like: what does collateral damage to language, and consequently to thought, looks like; how can words be Machiavellianly re-semanticized for the public mind; how public myths are constructed, and subsequently harvested; and most importantly, how one can be made to love one's own servitude to the extent of even apologizing for it like the 'Good German', one could not have possibly understood a thing that is being taught here and thus again wasted one's time. In order to benefit oneself, do read Modernity Simplified. Be skeptical; be not among the “crowd of the simpletons and the credulous”, nor become the “Second” type in Hitler's classification of people, and nor remain the “First”; but emerge as the “Third”. Modernity Simplified

What is all this verbiage by Project Humanbeingsfirst^TM really all about? Is there a reductionist and simplified explanation in terms of first principles for all this complexity of modernity that gives birth to such urgent matters of human concern in the first place?

Yes. In the simplest terms: 'Might defines right' leads to “Hegemony is as old as mankind”, which in turn leads to If we don't have real enemies then we have to create or imagine some and yell 'we are being attacked' in order to a) justify one's hegemonic barbarianism upon others; and b) motivate an unwilling plebeian peoples into sacrificing for the conquests of the oligarchic elite. Euphemistically: “imperial mobilization”. Grotesquely: “quest for Lebensraum”.

That's all there is to it. This “quest for Lebensraum” of the oligarchs just happens to be the age-old quest for one-world government, to be achieved piece-meal, one fait accompli at a time, one fabricated crisis at a time. The solution presented for addressing each manufactured crisis becomes the next baby-step towards centralized global control of all humanity in a global empire of the oligarchs.

The term 'oligarchic elite' refers to people who are several notches above – and more hidden from public view in their enormous wealth and their secretive exercise of 'social engineering' – than what is typically understood by the term 'ruling elite', or simply the 'elite'. The latter often refers to the generally affluent 1% of any society, more interested in being rich and running corporations than in 'social engineering', and many among them can be found in the Forbes' richest people listing. But one will never see a Rothschild, or David Rockefeller listed in Forbes billionaires list. That's perhaps because they are trillionaires, with all their massive wealth legally hidden behind private tax-exempt foundations, and in their opaque ownership of private banks, which in turn own many a private central bank! They can muster vast sums of private monies for 'social engineering', and administer untold funds through their tax-exempt foundations and think-tanks. They are the proverbial 'king makers' who craft 'errand boys' to do their policy bidding.

To unmask them all is Project Humanbeingsfirst's imperative!

Only our progeny might bear truthful witness to the sham of intellectualism of their hypocritical ancestors – scholars, leaders, military-men, politicians, news-bearers, both in the West and the East, on the left and the right – who hath proclaimed to stand for anything, but who only aided and abetted the oligarchs with their convolutions. The modernity du jour is entirely unwilling to unravel their confusing and deceptive narratives. We must wait a 100 years, or perhaps 20, before anyone who is a somebody will truthfully proclaim how new 'smallpox laden blankets' were used to fashion world government.

This is why, as had been predicted by the Council on Foreign Relations in 1974:

“... it will look like a great ‘booming, buzzing confusion’ to use William James’ famous description of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.”

That is Modernity Simplified to the level of a 'poor-man' (i.e., one with limited ability or time to read, write, and reason).
